Annual review workshop of Aatmanirbhar LBS kicks off

September 1, 2023, Dang Ghorahi: Aatmanirbhar LBS has began its annual review workshop for the fiscal year 2079/2080 BS in Ghorahi Sub Metropolis at Hotel Super Lodge from September 1, 2023. 

The review workshop will be held for two consecutive days on September 1 and 2.

The annual review workshop was formally inaugurated by the Chief Executive Officer (CE) Shogat Bir Chaudhary. Speaking during the key speech he said, " we need to improve our relations with our clients with good manners"

He also said that the staff whould be ready to solve any challenges that may come up in deliverance of microfinance services in the rural areas.

The workshop is expected to discuss the progress reports of all branches of Aatmanirbhar LBS today. The works shop will also discuss ways to reduce the bad loans and strategies to deal with dissenting clients in the current situation.

On the second day, September 2, the workshop discussed the comtemporary challenges and issues in the field of microfinance.

Loan officer Kalidas Chaudhary, internal auditor Puran Adhikari, Senior central staff Sushila Giri, Human Resource chief Nep Bahadur Chaudhary respectively dealth with the reasons of bad loan and ways to recover the bad loans, Loan status and measures to take while doing loan analysis etc

The workshop also explored the ways to encounter the challenges in microfinance in the current situation. AT the end of the program, selective participants including marketing assistants, accountants and branch managers expressed shared their learning with the rest of the counterparts.

The second day workshop was concluded with the concluding remarks of CEO Shogat Chaudhary.
