Two days training and orientation for Accountants begins

September 14, 2022: Aatmabirbhar LBS has organized two days of orientation training on account systems for its newly recruited staff at Hotel City Plaza in Ghorahi on September 14.

The orientation program is organized for new accountants of Aatmabirbhar LBS (a D-class financial institution), who will be taking the charge of the new departments soon after the orientations.

The CEO Saugat Bir Chaudhary presided over the two days program, while the founding chairperson of Gramin Mahila Utthan Kendra (RWDC ) and Aatmanirbhar LBS Aasmani Chaudhary graced the occasion as its chief guest while the current president of the microfinance institution, Miss Meera Chaudhary graced the occasion as a guest.  Independent board member of the company Goma Mahara is also present on the occasion.

Over 18 new staff accountants are undergoing accounts-related training and orientation, and are expected to begin their new jobs at new branches assigned by the company in the Dang, Banke, and Bardia districts.

Aatmanirbhar LBS is a Lumbini provincial-level financial institution, carrying out its loan disbursement to rural poor people without collateral.
